The role of the Customer Service and Sales Representative is to maximize sales and create a remarkable customer experience. We are looking for people that are caring and have the ability to sell in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Crafting customer experience in conjunction with the Westbow core values
  • Educating oneself on the product, place, and the offering
  • Communicating feedback to various departments
  • Providing excellent customer service to all potential prospects
  • Executing sales strategy, sales process, guidelines, and corporate initiatives
  • Ensuring weekly and monthly sales targets are set and met

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience using lasso or other CRM Software is an asset but not required
  • Background in sales, marketing and / or business administration is considered an asset
