1. Service calls are made from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
2. Refer to your Home Owner Manual for a list of emergency phone numbers and suppliers that you may contact directly.
3. Requests for service must be made specifically for defects in the home that are covered under the Home Warranty Program. For more information on the Home Warranty Program, please refer to your Home Owner Manual / Warranty Policies.
